Envío de comunicaciones

Os invitamos a participar con el envío de resúmenes de comunicaciones orales y posters relacionadas con la investigación en el área de Psicología Clínica y de la Salud y de la Neuropsicología Clínica.

Fechas de envío

Recepción de resúmenes: hasta el 17 de abril de 2023.
Confirmación de las comunicaciones y posters aceptados: el 24 de abril de 2023.
Presentación de comunicaciones: 19-20 de mayo de 2023.

Guía para el envío de resúmenes

1. Datos personales: Nombre completo de todos los autores (como deba aparecer en una posible certificación, sin iniciales), grado máximo de calificación profesional/académica y filiación actual (o durante la residencia, en caso de no estar activo).

2. Un máximo de 6 autores por comunicación

3. Indicad claramente el autor responsable de la comunicación  que será la persona que suba la comunicación a la plataforma.

4. Un mismo autor puede aparecer en un máximo de 3 comunicaciones en cualquier orden de autoría del trabajo. Incumplir esta norma puede suponer el rechazo de todas las comunicaciones.

5. El autor responsable de la comunicación así como el primer autor de la misma deberán estar inscrito en el Congreso

6. Especificad la preferencia de comunicación, entre oral y póster, si bien será el Comité Científico quien decida el formato final de presentación.

7. En caso de comunicación oral, especificar claramente quién expondrá la presentación. El autor que realice la presentación oral durante las jornadas deberá estar inscrito en las mismas.

8. El resumen del trabajo, con las siguientes características (ver nota sobre las normas de estilo más abajo):

El resumen del trabajo deberá tener un máximo de 300 palabras. Superar dicha extensión será causa de rechazo de la propuesta. El resumen debe estructurarse necesariamente en los siguientes epígrafes (cada uno en un único párrafo):

  • TÍTULO
  • OBJETIVO: Establecer el/los objetivo/s del trabajo y la/s hipótesis principal (si es apropiado)
  • MÉTODO: Breve descripción del diseño del estudio. Detallar la selección y número de participantes en el estudio, los materiales y procedimientos seguidos.
  • RESULTADOS: Describir las estrategias de análisis de los resultados y los principales hallazgos.
  • CONCLUSIONES: Indicar las conclusiones (teóricas, metodológicas o aplicadas) que se puedan derivar de los resultados o del estudio.

9. Indicad si se opta al XVII Premio Jóvenes Investigadores (consultad las bases del Premio). Sólo para comunicaciones orales.

1. Personal data: Full name of all authors (as it should appear in a possible certification, without initials), maximum degree of professional/academic qualification and current affiliation.

2. A maximum of 6 authors for each communication

3. State clearly the author responsible for the communication who will upload the communication to the platform

4. The same author can appear in a MAXIMUM OF 3 communications in any order of authorship. Breach this rule may result in the rejection of all communications.

5. The author responsible as well as the first author for the communication must be registered in the conference.

6. Specify the type of communication you want to present, between oral or poster, although it will be the Scientific Committee who decides the final presentation format.

7. In case of oral communication, clearly specify who will present it. The author who makes the oral presentation during the conference must be registered in.

8. The communication summary must have the following characteristics (see note on style standards below):

The abstract must have a maximum of 300 words. Exceeding this extension will be cause for rejection of the proposal. The summary must necessarily be structured in the following sections (each in a single paragraph):

  • TITLE

  • GOALS/AIMS: Establish the aims of the work and the main hypothesis (if appropriate)

  • METHOD: Brief description of the study design. Detail the selection and number of participants in the study, the materials and procedures followed.

  • RESULTS: Describe the strategies for analyzing the results and the main findings.

  • CONCLUSIONS: Indicate the conclusions (theoretical, methodological or applied) that may be derived from the results or the study itself.

9. Indicate whether the communication wishes to apply for 17th Young Investigators Award is chosen (see the rules of the Award). For oral communications only.

Normas de estilo

Además de las recomendaciones comunes sobre la adecuación del lenguaje a una presentación científica, deben tenerse presente las siguientes recomendaciones:

  • No utilizar adjetivos estigmatizadores como “psicóticos” “esquizofrénicos” “bipolares” etc. para referirse a personas (sólo deben utilizarse para los trastornos), para hacer referencia a las personas se deben sustituir por “personas con esquizofrenia” “personas con un trastorno depresivo”, y expresiones similares.
  • Evitar el término “psiquiátrico/a” para referirse a actividades que realizan otros profesionales no psiquiatras: entrevista, diagnóstico, tratamiento. Lo mismo cuando acompañan a “antecedentes”, “comorbilidad”, “unidad”, etc. En su lugar se puede recurrir a expresiones equivalentes que reconocen el trabajo y la implicación de otros profesionales: entrevista clínica, tratamiento psicofarmacológico, comorbilidad psíquica, antecedentes psicopatológicos, etc.
  • Todos los acrónimos deben ser acompañados del nombre completo la primera vez que se escriban en el resumen, particularmente el nombre de pruebas, programas, trastornos, etcétera.
  • Se valorarán resúmenes de revisiones sólo en el caso de que se trate de revisiones sistemáticas, que se ajusten al formato general y se especifique adecuadamente el método de búsqueda. Los estudios descriptivos y de caso único también serán valorados.

Los resúmenes que descuiden estos aspectos serán directamente descartados o serán editados para corregirlos.

In addition to the common recommendations on the appropriateness of language to a scientific presentation, the following recommendations should be kept in mind:

  • Do not use stigmatizing adjectives such as "psychotic" "schizophrenic" "bipolar" etc. to refer to people (should only be used for disorders). It should be replaced by "people with schizophrenia" "people with a depressive disorder", and similar expressions.
  • Avoid the term "psychiatric" to refer to activities performed by other non-psychiatrist professionals: interview, diagnosis, treatment, etc. Instead you can resort to equivalent expressions that recognize the work and involvement of other professionals: clinical interview, psychopharmacological treatment, psychic comorbidity, psychopathological history, etc.
  • All acronyms must be accompanied by the full name the first time they are written in the summary, particularly the name of tests, programs, disorders, and so on.
  • Review summaries will be assessed only in the case of systematic reviews, which conform to the general format and the search method is properly specified. Descriptive and case studies will be assessed as well.

Abstracts that neglect these aspects will be directly discarded or edited to correct them.

Importante

Para la aceptación del resumen es preciso que la persona encargada de la presentación esté inscrita en el Congreso.

Podrán enviarse un máximo de 3 propuestas de comunicación por autor/coautor. Asimismo, el número máximo de autores por comunicación será de 6.

Sobre los posters: las medidas de los posters serán 90 cm x 120 cm, en formato vertical. Durante la recogida del material se informará del lugar donde deberán ser colocados.

Sobre las comunicaciones orales: la duración de las presentaciones serán de 10 minutos estrictos.

La decisión final sobre los premios será del comité científico. Su decisión será inapelable.

For the acceptance of the abstract it is necessary that the person in charge of the presentation is registered in the Congress.

A maximum of 3 communication proposals per author/co-author may be submitted. Likewise, the maximum number of authors per communication will be 6.

About the posters: the measurements of the posters will be 90 cm x 120 cm, in vertical format. During the collection of the material, the place where they should be placed will be informed.

Regarding oral communications: the duration of the presentations will be strictly 10 minutes.

The final decision on the awards will be made by the scientific committee. His decision will be final.

XVII Premio SEPC-ANPIR Jóvenes Investigadoras en Psicología Clínica

Con el objetivo general de promover la investigación en psicología clínica por parte de los psicólogos clínicos y residentes se convoca el XVII Premio SEPC-ANPIR Jóvenes Investigadores en Psicología Clínica con las siguientes bases:

  1. Serán candidatas al Premio las comunicaciones orales que sean inéditas y presentadas en las XXII Congreso de la SEPC-ANPIR de Galicia 2023 por psicólogos residentes o psicólogos especialistas en Psicología Clínica, que sean menores de 35 años (en el día de clausura de las jornadas).

  1. Un jurado creado de entre los componentes del Comité Científico-Organizador de las Jornadas será el encargado de valorar y otorgar el Premio.

  1. Las decisiones del jurado serán inapelables. El premio podrá quedar desierto.

  1. La persona que haya llevado a cabo la presentación de la comunicación oral premiada (no necesariamente el primer firmante) recibirá un documento acreditativo del Premio y una cantidad de 200 euros.

  1. El Premio será concedido en el acto de clausura de las XXII Congreso de la SEPC-ANPIR 2023.

  1. El jurado podrá establecer una mención especial a la mejor comunicación póster, la cual incluirá un documento acreditativo.

In order to promote research in the Clinical Psychology field made by clinical psychologists and residents, the 17th SEPC-ANPIR Young Researchers Award in Clinical Psychology is convened with the following rules:

  1. It will be candidates for the award those scientific oral communications that are unpublished and presented at the 22th SEPC-ANPIR Congress by resident psychologists (or similar) or clinical psychologists who are under 35 years old (on the closing day of conference).

  1. An expert panel comprised from the members of the scientific committee of the 22th SEPC-ANPIR Congress will be responsible for assessing and awarding the prize.

  1. The decisions of the expert panel will be non-appealable. The prize may be unawarded.

  1. The person who has made the presentation of the awarded oral communication (not necessarily the first signatory) will receive a document accrediting the Prize and an amount of €200.

  1. The prize will be awarded at the closing ceremony of the 22th SEPC-ANPIR Congress.

  1. The jury may establish a special mention of the best poster communication, which will include an accreditation document
